Hilda Effiong Bassey, better known as Hilda Baci, is a Nigerian chef, restaurateur, actress, and the current holder of the Guinness World Record for marathon cooking. In August 2021, she won the Jollof Faceoff competition prior to her current record breaking Cook-a-thon. In the spirit of the above, the family of AUPCTRE joins the world in celebrating one of our own, Hilda Baci.
